Inside, you’ll find a simple set-up that includes two main support straps with sturdy metal stoppers, a comfy padded seat, hand grips and leg pads. Hook ’em all together with included clips, position the stoppers over your door frame, then close and lock the door. That’s it, that’s all, you’re ready to play!
The seat, leg, and hand grips adjust easily to suit your preferred height, and the Swing holds up to 300lbs.
